After some fifteen years as a public prosecutor, the practice is now devoted solely to proceedings before the assize courts. Knowing how a case file is built, how evidence is gathered and on what reasoning an indictment is drafted makes a difference on the defence side.

Deli Law Office was founded by attorney Erol Deli. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2003, he served for approximately fifteen years as a public prosecutor in various regions of Turkey. He then entered private practice and established the office. Drawing on over twenty years in the profession, its work is now confined to serious criminal proceedings before the assize courts.
The office operates in Bahçelievler, Istanbul. Its working approach rests on three points: each matter is handled from start to finish by the same lawyer, the client is kept informed at regular intervals, and the available legal options are set out clearly at every stage.
