Erol Deli graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2003. After serving for approximately fifteen years as a public prosecutor in various regions of Turkey, he entered private practice and founded Deli Law Office. More than twenty years in the profession — approaching a quarter of a century — have been spent in criminal proceedings, and his practice is now devoted exclusively to serious criminal cases.
What does prosecutorial service bring to criminal defence work?
Criminal proceedings in Turkey have two stages: the investigation conducted by the prosecutor and the prosecution stage before the court.
